Following is a movie of a zebrafish juvenile at 14 days post fertilization. Bone is revealed by vital staining with Alizarin Red S and imaged on an Optical Tomography scanner (OPT). The images are segmented in AMIRA software to label various bones.

The first image is of the head skeleton.
The second image is of the first pharyngeal arch bones and the third image is of the second arch bones.
