In thoracic segments, the NB 7-2 cell bodies separate into two distinct clusters of cells. NB 7-2 generates a large number of ipsilaterally projecting intersegmental interneurons that extend several segments in the posterior direction by stage 17.
These movies are stereo images of NB 7-2 clones. A thoracic clone is on the left and an abdominal clone is on the right. 3D glasses will enhance the stereo optics, but we find that most viewers can see the three dimensionality at this magnification without the assistance of the glasses.
