NB 4-2 generates many RP2, innervating primarily muscle2, and the cousins of RP2 (CoR) generating the entirety of SNc and innervating muscles 26,27 and 29.
These movies are stereo images of NB 3-2 clones. On the left is a stage 16 abdominal clone, and on the right is a stage 17 abdominal clone with a NB 3-3 clone just anterior to it. 3D glasses will enhance the stereo optics, but we find that most viewers can see the three dimensionality at this magnification without the assistance of the glasses.
