NB 3-1 generates the RP1,3,4,5 motoneurons, innervating the ventral musculature in a segment-specific manner.
These movies are stereo images of NB 3-1 clones. The top panel contains a stage 17 clone in T2; the middle panel shows a 3-1 clone in A1 at a similar stage; the bottom panel shows a stage 17 clone in the lower abdomen. These are the same clones that are viewable in previous web sites as a thoracic NB 3-1 clone, an upper abdominal NB 3-1 clone and a lower abdominal NB 3-1 clone. 3D glasses will enhance the stereo optics, but we find that most viewers can see the three dimensionality at this magnification without the assistance of the glasses.
