These stereo movies show NB 1-2 clones in thoracic and abdominal segments, with DC motoneurons in thoracic segments only.
NB 1-2 Stereo images The panel on the left shows the thoracic isoform of the clone, with DC motoneurons projecting via SNb to mouth hook muscles. The TB motoneuron is seen to be encased by other midline-crossing projections from the clone. Axonal accommodation of the TB axon is seen to occur dorsally and ventrally where axons cross its anterior projection. In all cases, anterior is up.
