These movies are of an abdominal NB 1-1 clone at stage 17. The SPG-A is clearly seen at the dorsl surface of the clone.
NB 1-1 clone in abdominal segment. In abdominal segments, NB 1-1 generates the SPG-A glial cell, clearly visible here at the dorsal surface of the CNS. aCC extends a dendritic process across the midline. pCC extends anteriorly and local interneurons extend posteriorly, in a loose bundle of fibers ipsilaterally.
