The NB 3-3 clone generates a MN in some abdominal segments, innervating muscle 5. It also generates a large number of contralaterally-projecting intersegmental and local interneurons.
NB 3-3: In 2/3 abdominal clones, we observe a MN that innervates muscle 5 via SNa. We also observe a large number of interneurons; many project contralaterally as intersegmental interneurons.
