Here we show confocal images of the aCC synaptic contact at muscle 1 (and branches to muscles 2,9).
Neuromuscular junctions from aCC (via the ISN) demonstrate endings on muscles 1, with branches to muscles 2 and 9 in the dorsal muscle group. Four ways to view the same clone: upper left panel is a confocal z-series of DiI labeled clone; sections are 1.5 microns. upper right panel is a projection of z-series, rotated 45 degrees about y-axis.
