Radiance 2100 Confocal / Multi-Photon system
The Bio-Rad Radiance 2100MP confocal microscope system is configured around a Nikon E600FN Upright microscope.
The Bio-Rad system is capable of simultaneous collection of up to three fluorescence channels, as well as a transmitted light detector. The internal lasers are:
- Argon-Ion, (457, 476, 488, & 514nm)
- Helium-Neon (543)
- Red Diode (637)
Additionally, the system is equipped for two-photon imaging, employing a Specta-Physics Millennia-Tsunami femtosecond pulsed, Tunable IR laser (690-1000nm), and special external detectors.
